![]() I use a DC Brick, a 1spot and a collection of different cables.Īll of which works fine and has minimal noise. Is the NS2 basically just an LS2 with less options and a noise gate? I figure if I change my mind in the future, I can find another.īut I usually just do guitar>7-10 pedals>amps (stereo) and it works well with hardly any noise. The LS2 sounds a bit too anal retentive of a pedal to me anyway. Used by everyone from bedroom players to international touring bands like Metallica, Slipknot, U2 and The Dillinger Escape Plan among many others, the BOSS NS-2 is an industry standard in noise suppression. Why would I even need two? I normally use 7-10 pedals on my board, and I never mind tapping 3 pedals for a new part. In continuous production since 1987, the BOSS NS-2 is a best-selling staple of BOSS pedals. ![]() If I do though, I would probably just use one loop and not two. I never really found a use for it, but I also never really tried putting anything into an effects loop before. Anyway, luckily the ISP is much better given the price difference So for the price / quality ratio, I suggest NS2 as boss noise gate economic. I have both of these that I received in trade a while ago and am about to trade off the LS2. I hear a lot from it and then the boss NS2 is a bad pedal, the ISP decimator is much better blah. ![]() ![]() Probably two of the most boring boss pedals, but maybe thats because I never really put them to good use.
